Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain cruise offers and promotions clearly

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups

• Maintain call records and customer details

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable speaking on calls

• Basic computer knowledge

• Telecalling experience is an advantage
