• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and its services. • Assess client needs and determine whether they are a suitable prospect. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria. • Schedule appointments or calls for Sales Executives with confirmed prospects. • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and client information in the CRM system. • Follow up with warm leads to confirm interest and rebook missed appointments. • Maintain a high call volume and meet daily/weekly lead-qualification and appointment-setting targets. • Ensure professionalism and quality communication in every call. • Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
