Job Purpose:

The Telesales role is responsible for selling Cards and Loans to customers, ensuring a high level of customer service through telephone sales calls. The role involves identifying customer needs, managing the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Cards and Loans to target customer segments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
