- Develop and execute detailed commissioning plans, outlining procedures and timelines for all mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve discrepancies between design intent and actual system performance.
- Perform performance verification tests, documenting results and generating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical systems during the commissioning phase, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure installation meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Review and validate equipment calibration and settings prior to system startup, ensuring optimal performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards during testing and commissioning activities, mitigating risks in the workplace.
- Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the commissioning process, facilitating knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
