Key Responsibilities
Deliver training programs on food production, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Develop and update training materials aligned with HACCP standards
Conduct assessments and support certification processes
Coordinate with Operations to identify training requirements
Maintain training documentation and reporting
Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
Role-Specific Requirements
Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
Expertise in HACCP and food safety standards
Experience in catering or hospitality training
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Catering / Related field
5–8 years of experience in Catering / Hospitality / Training
Training experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation and training delivery skills
Communication (English required, Arabic preferred)
