Summary:

Travel agency coordinators make travel arrangements for individuals and groups, including scheduling flights, ground transportation, and booking accommodations and handling any other trip related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Travel arrangements including flights and car rentals, as well as making hotel reservations.
• Review reservations to ensure accuracy, cost-effectiveness and compliance with policies.
• Transfer all relevant travel information to passengers, including hotel room, flight ticket details and flight schedules Air...etc.
• Record and save all data related to reservations.
• Reporting. Effective communication with contractor/vendor.
