NBTC is seeking a skilled and experienced Turnaround Planning Engineer to support our upcoming EQUATE Turnaround Projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and scheduling major shutdown and turnaround activities within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.

• Develop detailed turnaround schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare work breakdown structures and resource-loaded schedules.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and validate turnaround timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare reports and updates for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support cost estimation and manpower planning for shutdown activities.
