Job Title: Typist – Visa Operations

Job Overview:

Shuraa is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Typist to support our Visa Operations Team in the UAE. This role will involve typing and processing a variety of visa-related documents, ensuring all applications, forms, and correspondence are accurately prepared and filed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the visa application process, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Type and format visa applications, forms, and supporting documents in both Arabic and English.
• Process and verify visa-related documentation such as employment, residence, and tourist visa applications.
• Ensure that all visa application forms are filled accurately, following immigration rules and company protocols.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records of visa documents and applications.
• Assist in drafting correspondence to government agencies, embassies, and consulates.
• Proofread and edit documents to ensure compliance with UAE immigration and laborlaws.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documents and information for visa processing.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a tracking system to monitor the status of visa applications and renewals.
• Provide administrative support to the Visa Operations Team as needed, including managing schedules and deadlines.
• Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies related to visa processing.
• Prepare and submit reports on visa statuses and applications when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administrative work is a plus.
• Experience in typing, data entry, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English typing.
• Familiarity with UAE visa processes and immigration documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
