Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Help and provide product information to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our furniture product range, features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, guiding them through various options based on their preferences and requirements.

Sales Support:

  • Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that align with their design preferences, space limitations, and budget.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth sales processes, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities

Order Processing:

  • Help customers navigate the order placement process, ensuring accurate item selection, sizing, and customization options.
  • Input customer orders accurately into the system and coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely fulfillment.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized shop floor by arranging furniture displays and maintaining proper product placement.
  • Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually attractive always.

Problem Resolution:

  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate higher-ups when necessary.
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to resolve problems, aiming to exceed customer expectations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with fellow associates and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Shared insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

Store Operations:

  • Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and communicating stock levels to management.
  • Support in-store events, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
