Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Operations Engineer experienced in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments and operational management. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in troubleshooting, upgrading, and ensuring optimal performance within VMware environments, driving both stability and efficiency. This role requires in-depth expertise in VCF architecture, disaster recovery (DR) solutions, and a proactive approach to tackling operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily VMware operations, focusing on high availability, stability, and performance.
Lead VCF deployments and manage architecture components, staying updated on the latest VCF versions.
Plan and execute VMware upgrades with minimal downtime and backup strategies for seamless rollback if needed.
Address and resolve complex operational issues, particularly in deployment and upgrade phases.
Contribute to disaster recovery planning, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
Continuously monitor system performance, identifying proactive solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planned upgrades, operational solutions, and best practices for VMware and VCF management.
