Job role:

• Sourcing candidates from job portals and schedule interviews.
• Pre assessment of candidates after sourcing candidates on phone/ in person.
• Able to do bulk hiring every month Non- IT (Banking/Finance sector preferred).
• Recruiting internal staff like Sales agents, Team leaders, Managers, Operations.
• To manage day to day operations task of HR.
• Maintain excel reports and HRMS portal.
• Internal team coordination.
• Interviewing candidates and shortlist for final round with Process head.
