Duties & Responsibilities

· Identify non-conforming materials and liaise with the concern department from Procurement department and QA/QS department for further action and close out.

· Understand material specifications and capable of enforcing the specifications from the vendor and the various supply chains.

· Prepares Over, Short, Damaged, and Discrepant (OSDD) Form, reports for all items not passing standard inspection.

· Complies the materials are stored under correct storage conditions and complying to Company requirements.

· Awareness with regards to material receipt inspections

· Maintain and perform Good Housekeeping.
