Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversees and performs basic Standard receiving inspection to ensure parts received are the correct quantity, as described in PO and in good condition.

· Prepares Over, Short, Damaged, and Discrepant (OSDD) Form, reports for all items not passing standard inspection.

· Complies the materials are stored under correct storage conditions and complying to Company requirements.

· Oversees and perform In-Storage Preventive Maintenance (ISPM).

· Maintain and perform Good Housekeeping.

· Monitor Warehouse Mobile Equipment, Tools & Lifting Tackles and Measuring Instruments are properly tested/ calibrated and are safe to use.
