Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct waterproofing inspections to assess project requirements and identify areas for treatment.
- Prepare surfaces for waterproofing applications, ensuring proper cleaning, and patching as needed.
- Apply bituminous coatings and waterproofing membranes following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Install and maintain waterproofing systems in wet areas such as bathrooms, showers, balconies, and basements.
- Handle and operate waterproofing equipment and tools, ensuring their proper maintenance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the Waterproofing Supervisor to develop project plans, timelines, and material estimates.
- Supervise and guide junior team members to ensure efficient and accurate waterproofing installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times.
- Keep detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Conduct post-project inspections and testing to ensure the effectiveness and longevity of waterproofing applications.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in waterproofing technologies and attend training sessions as required.
