Conduct welding inspections in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.

· Ensure compliance with quality control procedures during the fabrication of offshore structures in the onshore yard.

· Maintain documentation and reports on all welding inspections and NDT results.

· Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in the workplace.

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of welders and provide feedback for improvements.

· Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards are met.
