Our client in Saudi is looking to hire Workers Welfare Auditors

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in accounting, commerce, or Finance
-5+ years of experience in a similar or related role
-Must have experience in Ethical recruitment audits, Accommodation inspections, and Construction site inspections.

Requirements

- The expected skill set of auditors: Minimum five years experience in managing HR, Payroll, Admin, and Workers' Welfare on construction sites, factories, etc. Previous exposure to working in Middle East countries would be advantageous.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Urdu, or other local languages of SE countries.
- Acclimatization: Ability to work on a construction site and spend time with workers on construction sites and accommodation to see their working and living conditions in the heat and cold of Saudi Arabia and conduct interviews with them.
