- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the workshop.
- Prepare reports on workshop operations, sales, and customer feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automobile technologies and industry trends
