Develop & maintain relationships with potential customers accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.Following up undergoing and upcoming projects with contractors and ensure bidding to these projects & follow up there after to secure orders.Maintaining the relationship and continuously visiting MEP consultants to market and specify our products and systems, and actively seek new business opportunities inline with department targets.Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets.Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services offerings and methodologies.Following up the latest updates in the international codes and standards related to the sold products specially NFPA

Identify potential business clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.Analyze client requirements and pain points.Present tailored product and service solutions to meet client needs.Present and demonstrate the company’s range of products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the company.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

Job Description:Performing site inspections during the construction phase of projectsProvide technical support to engineering team in executing projects such as mechanical systems’ layout; piping, plumbing and HVAC systems etc.Able to create accurate shop drawings, reports and project documentationsEnsure mechanical systems comply with required technical specifications and safety standardsCoordinate with technicians in developing and maintaining systemsResponsible for providing technical reports for purchasing equipmentPrepare bill of quantities for project and follow up on project requirements.

Job Description:Performing site inspections during the construction phase of projectsTakes part in the selection of equipment and material and preparation of specifications for material, equipment, and construction workTesting the electrical system once it is installed and ensure that the system is stable and safe.Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.Assigns targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
