What You Will Do: Support the field sales team as a leading expert in chemical and operational expert refinery applications, including Desalting and Emulsion Breaking, Corrosion Control, Antifoulant application, and more. Lead Regional Innovation development and launches Provide local, on-site support for the Nalco team and customers Provide onsite audit support for pre-bid technical qualification, including laboratory testing & qualification if needed, and technical product recommendations. Promote and Implement best practice problem solving, treatment approach, and training Assist in development and execution of field trials. Publish and Present technical papers and content at regional conferences and with customers Articulate value of Nalco Water solutions and actively promote this value to the Nalco team and Nalco customers Contribute to the strategic direction of the division as a core member of the regional marketing team where your knowledge of industry technical and market trends are highly valued Lead and Train pipeline of ITC talent in their areas of expertise. Ability to participate on and lead multifunctional project teams. Position Details: Territory will include India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA). Work week and shift: 5 days per week. (30-40) % overnight travel required to support sales territory Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in engineering (Chemical, Chemistry, Polymer Sciences, Petrochemicals) or sciences Technical process proficiency in Refinery operations along with troubleshooting & in depth understanding on product application & chemistry involved. Ability to travel within a geographic territory. Ability to travel overnight for business.
