Key Responsibilities :

• Manages day-to-day activities within designated supplier relationships in their assigned categories /region for direct materials which includes raw materials, packaging materials, and contract manufacturers (job/toll manufacturer).
• Work with close coordination with regional/ Global procurement and local supply chain as well as internal stakeholders.
• Identifies, communicates, and supports process improvements for materials or services in assigned areas and with key stakeholders as required
• Responsible for sourcing part of GMI (Gross Margin Improvement), Localization projects, and supply resiliency.
• Responsible for financial reporting of savings projects and headwinds. Manages the tight materials process to ensure the security of supply
• Leads savings projects on Direct/Indirect/EQ Categories, TDC sourcing process or other initiatives that support achieving team goals
• Build up a supplier pool to support the resiliency program
