Job Summary The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of all plant equipment and systems. This role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment failures, and supporting safety and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do: • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. • Lead routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and systems with the operation team and monitor the performance of the maintenance external service team. • Support in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. • Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory. • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. • Provide technical support and training to operation staff. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical, mechatronics • 3-5 years of experience • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the chemical or related industry. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
