Job description:Hiring: National Sales Manager – Modern Trade | Personal Care / FMCGJob Location: Cairo, EgyptRecruitment Type: PermanentWe're hiring on behalf of a leading global personal care and FMCG company for a National Sales Manager – Modern Trade role based in Cairo, Egypt.About the RoleYou'll define and drive the Modern Trade strategy across the country, lead a distributor-led commercial structure, and identify new growth opportunities at speed and scale. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and own the MT channel strategic plan — distribution, promotions, activity grids, POSMBuild the annual MT business plan (sales forecast, trade allowance)Lead and coach the MT team to deliver sales fundamentals (IMS, active accounts, MSL performance, Top 10 penetration)Own distributor financial compliance — budgeting, claims, reportingDrive Joint Business Plans with Key Accounts and lead quarterly business reviewsManage distributor relationships, S&OP alignment, and stock/DIH efficiencyAnalyze key retailer sell-out data to track market share vs. competitionLead talent development for the team

. Develop, test, and maintain custom ERPNext features using Python (Frappe), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.. Customize ERPNext modules, workflows, reports, print formats, and scripts based on business requirements.. Build and maintain integrations between ERPNext and third-party systems via REST APIs. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system and performance issues.. Optimize database queries and system performance for scalability and stability.. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom modules and configurations. Collaborate with business analysts, UI UX designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.. Stay up to date with ERPNex , Frappe framework, and open source best practices

Strategy & Implementation: Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.Social Media Management: Managing content calendars, engaging with audiences, and running paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Performance Tracking: Utilizing tools like Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for better ROI.Content Creation: Collaborating with the team to produce engaging, creative content.Market Research: Staying updated with digital trends and competitor activities in the Egyptian & Saudi markets. 

Business DevelopmentProspecting: Build targeted lists of US decision-makers (Directors, Program Managers, Executives) using provided LinkedIn Sales Navigator criteria.Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold email and LinkedIn messaging (40+ touchpoints daily).Discovery: Conduct Zoom-based discovery calls to qualify leads, identify workforce pain points, and assess budget fit.Closing: Present the Workforce Performance Diagnostic solution, handle objections, and secure signed contracts.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and deal stages in our CRM (HubSpot/Excel).Market IntelligenceGather feedback from prospects to help refine our messaging and product offering.Identify trends in the US nonprofit and workforce development sectors.Self-ManagementOperate independently as a remote sales partner.Manage your own schedule to maximize overlap with US business hours (EST/CST).
