This role is focused on the accurate conversion and redrafting of 2D architectural and structural plans into high-quality 3D BIM models using Revit. The candidate will not be responsible for design, but for the technical execution, coordination, and quality control of the models across all disciplines. Key Responsibilities •BIM Modeling & Redrafting: Accurately convert 2D architectural and structural drawings into detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit. •Develop, implement, and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and standard protocols. •Manage and coordinate BIM models from various disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to ensure clash-free and coordinated designs using Navisworks. •Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards. •Detailed Execution Modeling: Ensure the accuracy and coordination of detailed elements, including: •Modeling and Coordination of Electrical and Lighting Points Distribution within the architectural model. •Modeling of Furniture and Fixtures Layouts for interior coordination. •Preparation of detailed Facade Shop Drawings from the BIM model. •Liaise with project architects, engineers, and technicians to facilitate effective communication and model exchange. Required Qualifications & Skills •Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. •Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in BIM Modeling, Coordination, and technical drawing production within the AEC industry. •Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture and Structure) and strong working knowledge of clash detection software (Navisworks Manage). •Proven expertise in high-accuracy 2D to 3D conversion and redrafting of architectural and structural plans. •Demonstrated experience in modeling and coordinating detailed execution plans, including: •MEP coordination, specifically for electrical and lighting points. •Interior design modeling (furniture, fixtures). •Preparation of detailed Facade Shop Drawings.
