· Process all reservations on behalf of clients and handle ticketing and invoicing queries.· Taking complete ownership of fulfilling clients’ immediate travel requirements.· Selling / Constructing airfares from multiple sources including published fares, ad hoc fares, inter-office, and buying from third parties.· Calculate and quote fare based on stated client needs and assist them with problem-solving and looking at alternative routes when the need arises.· Ensuring timely reporting of documents· Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding.· Ensure compliance with the company’s procedure for documentation, ticketing, voids, refunds, etc.· Queue management: Monitoring queues and working on them daily.· Nurture client relationships based on trust, dependability, and reliability.
