This role is based in Kuwait and ONLY US Nationals NEED Apply).As US National Candidates have strict clearance protocol for this deployment, the candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day priorities of electronic equipment and other JPS equipment as required.KEY DUTIES:- Maintain, repair and install electronic equipment as required. Equipment includes Personal Computers, Wet Wall samplers, Mechanical Injection Systems, Fluidics, Wind speed/direction Indicators, GPS Receivers, Vacuum Pumps, Blower Motors, Electrical Panels, Radio Frequency Filters, Radio Transceivers and Diesel Generators.- Apply advanced trouble shooting skills as they pertain to maintaining the JPS, utilizing circuit analysis and appropriate test equipment.- Field Test new equipment, software and procedures.- Recommend changes in circuitry or procedures to improve operations and maintenance.- Operate test equipment such as Radio Frequency power meters, flowmeters, pressure gauges, digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes.- Configure Radio Frequency antenna and equipment for efficient operations.ABILITY TO:- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, diagrams and drawings.- Write technical reports, status reports and other applicable reporting forms.- Operate hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, wirecutters, pliers and soldering irons.
