Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee head nurses from different areas within the nursing department, such as ER, Pediatrics, Labor, etc. Manage and coordinate nurse schedules. Lead and ensure high-quality patient care while following protocols and standards. Ensure nursing practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies. Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records. Create reports for senior management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care quality, implement best practices, and ensure compliance. Educate and train new nurses. Coordinate nursing responses during emergencies, including disasters, and maintain staff readiness. Mentor nurses for growth, conduct evaluations, and foster continuous improvement. Licensure in the Country of Origin and by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health Minimum of 10-12 years of nursing experience. At least 4-6 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Computer literate.

Roles & Responsibilities Diagnosed adult and pediatric patients with problems and recommend them to specialists if needed; Order the needed laboratory procedures for comprehensive diagnosis; Prescribed medications for patient illnesses; Conducted daily patient rounds in order to monitor progress; Formulated discharge plans for Ready to discharge patients; Treat Patients with minor illnesses on an outpatient basis; Follow-up with patients regarding their adherence to outpatient treatment; Conducted research about improving medication compliance in patients who follow up at the Hospital’s Outpatient Department Assist consultants in diagnosing, treating and discharging their patients; Conduct patient rounds to monitor compliance with medication, progress and recovery; Attend regular meetings involving professionals who are a part of the healthcare team; Follow protocol set by the directors of the health clinic, adhering to medical ethics and standards, and provide recommendations in updating protocol if needed. Roles & Responsibilities Diagnosing and treating a number of conditions that originate in the head and neck including upper; Respiratory infections, balance and hearing problems, and thyroid problems; Performing examinations and tests, including testing for allergens, infections and cancers; Prescribing medications, conducts treatment regimens, performs hearing tests, administers radiotherapy and referring patients to other medical specialists, including physical or speech therapies; Performing surgical procedures, such as a cochlear implant. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Leads and manages the Nursing, Homecare, CSSD, Laundry and Transportation departments. 2. Ensures all departments deliver a high standard of services,3. Responsible for the development, implementation and overseeing of departmental policies and monitoring the implementation of hospital/departmental policies and processes.4. Maintenance of accurate and complete documentation as per hospital standards.5. Prepare and present the quarterly reports.6. Ensures the timely submissions of the following: Department Strategic Plan/Action Plan, Monthly progress report through balance scorecard, Quarterly report, Manpower plan and hiring requisition forms.7. Participates and contributes to the recruitment and selection process.8. Develops, reviews, updates and approves job descriptions.9. Develop departmental orientation programs for the new joiners.10. Chairs, documents and submits monthly departmental meeting reports.11. Ensures adequate staffing in the department.12. Professional with a positive attitude accompanied by high ethical and moral values. education & qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of Nursing; Holds valid license in country of origin and eligible to practice in Kuwait; Minimum of 12 to 15 years of nursing experience and at least 5 years' experience in a supervisory/ Head of Department role. Experience in a large hospital setting in GCC.
