We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our footprint in the region.Roles and Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and related sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company goals.Promote ABG’s service offerings to potential clients, both locally and internationally.Lead proposal development and client presentations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas or related industries.Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large accounts.Strong professional network across the Gulf region is highly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Kuwait driving license is mandatory.Article 18 transferable visa required.
