Overview of the role: The Sales Assistant is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience, andfor a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team. What you will do: Store Safety Creates a sparkling, clean, and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness. Excellent Customer Service Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to thedress code Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and a sincere non-business-likegreeting Provides customers with current, relevant information about the product. Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back. Overview of the role The Store Manager is accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, store operations, and the training and development of the entire staff.
