Experience in overhaul of the rotating equipment is also required as well as knowledge of SAP and other Asset Performance tools like RCM and FMEA. Experience in Meridium is an added advantage. The Maintenance Engineer/Reliability Engineer must also have the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and spare parts identification and optimization as well as provide hands-on training to young engineers.
