They will also be expected to perform Reliability Engineering analysis such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, MTBF/M, WEIBULL, PLA, RCI, Bad Actor etc. Additionally they will need to develop equipment reliability strategies with failure mode, failure definition, spare part identification and CBM/PM requirements. Experience in overhaul of the rotating equipment is also required as well as knowledge of SAP and other Asset Performance tools like RCM and FMEA. Experience in Meridium is an added advantage. The Maintenance Engineer/Reliability Engineer must also have the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and spare parts identification and optimization as well as provide hands-on training to young engineers.
