Description
The HR Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, assist in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of HR functions and acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Post job vacancies on relevant job boards, recruitment platforms, and social media channels.
Screen CVs, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Actively search for potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and networking events.
Interview Coordination & Assessment:
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
· Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
· Provide feedback to candidates on their application status and next steps.
Candidate Engagement & Communication:
· Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clarity on the recruitment process and responding to queries promptly.
Offer Management:
· Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates.
· Assist in negotiating terms of employment, including salary and benefits, in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
Onboarding Process:
· Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation schedules, introducing new employees to the company, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
· Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed (e.g., reference checks, background checks).
Database & Record Maintenance:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
· Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate sources, and offer acceptance rates.
Compliance & Documentation:
· Ensure recruitment processes comply with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
· Manage and store candidate documentation and records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and maintain regular recruitment reports for management, detailing the status of current vacancies, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics.
Analyze recruitment trends and recommend process improvements to optimize hiring practices.
Collaboration with HR Team:
Work closely with the HR team to support other HR functions, such as employee onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with staffing needs and recruitment goals.
HSE Liner:
· To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
· To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
