Workshop Supervisor - Jubail, KSA
Roles & Responsibilities Assesses the maintenance needs for equipment and parts required and determines whether they can be repaired in-house, to be sent to an external entity or to be replaced . Maintains records of all maintenance activities performed and oversees budget accounting of machines, tools, and equipment to monitor and control workshop assets Supervises the mobilization/demobilization of machines and equipment as per projects Requirements Ensures CMMS is completed on a shift basis whilst complying with agreed procedures Responsible for the efficient and safe methods of work in the workshop and around the port. Plans and supervises day to day workshop tasks, developing work schedules, periodic preventive maintenance plans and programs. Ensures high quality standards are maintained in the workshop in terms of the provided technical support and the efficient operation of workshop tools and machinery. Manages the upkeep of machinery and vehicles, fixtures, and workshop premises for efficient and safe operation. Prioritizes work and adjusting the work schedule according to availability of materials, workshop equipment and related costs Manages the performance of all their team members, irrespective of the structure below them. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: At least 5 years of experience in port equipment programming and maintenance. Experience in working on mobile plant, CAN-bus, plc will be preferred. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineerinng or Equivalent.

Crane Mechanic - Jubail KSA
Roles & Responsibilities Performs all maintenance and repairs to cranes and port associated STS- RTG equipment, under guidance from crane supervisor. Performs preventative mechanical maintenance and calibration of cranes and systems. Identifies and resolves crane malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts. Provides user applications and engineering support and recommendations for new and existing crane with regards to installation, upgrades and enhancement. Provides servicing and repairing port ship to shore cranes, Rubber tyres gantry cranes and rail mounted gantry cranes and associated equipment. Tests mechanical components of cranes, using standard test equipment, and analyse results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment. Performs preventative maintenance and calibration of cranes. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate must have engineering degree, mechanical certificate/diploma or equivalent.
