Roles & Responsibilities Assesses the maintenance needs for equipment and parts required and determines whether they can be repaired in-house, to be sent to an external entity or to be replaced . Maintains records of all maintenance activities performed and oversees budget accounting of machines, tools, and equipment to monitor and control workshop assets Supervises the mobilization/demobilization of machines and equipment as per projects Requirements Ensures CMMS is completed on a shift basis whilst complying with agreed procedures Responsible for the efficient and safe methods of work in the workshop and around the port. Plans and supervises day to day workshop tasks, developing work schedules, periodic preventive maintenance plans and programs. Ensures high quality standards are maintained in the workshop in terms of the provided technical support and the efficient operation of workshop tools and machinery. Manages the upkeep of machinery and vehicles, fixtures, and workshop premises for efficient and safe operation. Prioritizes work and adjusting the work schedule according to availability of materials, workshop equipment and related costs Manages the performance of all their team members, irrespective of the structure below them. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: At least 5 years of experience in port equipment programming and maintenance. Experience in working on mobile plant, CAN-bus, plc will be preferred. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineerinng or Equivalent.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreate leads for the Supply Chain - Logistics business and be responsible for selling Freight Forwarding services for Imports, Exports, Customs Clearance and Transportation.Devise marketing plans and visit potential clients on a daily basis to understand client needs, and work with operations to design tailored solutions to ensure customer success.Liaise with the Operations teams, to effectively execute operations and resolve any challenges being faced in the process.Accountable for meeting and exceeding agreed-upon objectives and KPIs, as well as for financial interactions with customers.Strive to find and capitalize on profitable business prospects on a continuous basis, particularly where these may complement and improve company's entire supply chain services, including group businesses. Desired Candidate ProfileAn ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Sales experience in Transportation or Freight Forwarding, and hold a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Sales and Marketing.   Preferred Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Transport Operations and Freight Forwarding, and a basic knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics.Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and Management reports.Problem solving, quick thinking and delivering under pressure, are other beneficial qualities for this job.Good MS Office skills.

Roles & Responsibilities Performs all maintenance and repairs to cranes and port associated STS- RTG equipment, under guidance from crane supervisor. Performs preventative mechanical maintenance and calibration of cranes and systems. Identifies and resolves crane malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts. Provides user applications and engineering support and recommendations for new and existing crane with regards to installation, upgrades and enhancement. Provides servicing and repairing port ship to shore cranes, Rubber tyres gantry cranes and rail mounted gantry cranes and associated equipment. Tests mechanical components of cranes, using standard test equipment, and analyse results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment. Performs preventative maintenance and calibration of cranes. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate must have engineering degree, mechanical certificate/diploma or equivalent.
