Role Overview: *The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for ICT, ELV and MEP projects. *This role requires strong relationship-building skills, understanding of technical solutions, and experience dealing with corporate and government clients. *You will work closely with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and are commercially competitive. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ICT, ELV, and communication infrastructure projects.• Generate leads and manage relationships with private sector clients and government entities. • Promote solutions including: Structured cabling (indoor, outdoor, underground, aerial) Fiber optic systems (single-mode, multi-mode) CCTV and security surveillance systems Access control & fingerprint recognition systems LAN/WAN and wireless networking solutions PBX and IP telephony systems Audio & video systems FM-200 fire suppression solutions • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and solution presentations. • Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents • Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for accurate costing.• Track opportunities, pipeline, and performance using CRM or reporting tools. • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. 1. To provide high standard and quality patient care in accordance with the mission, vision, and values in the Neonatal Intensive Care Department. 2. To provide inpatient care for patients admitted to the hospital under the Neonatal Intensive Care Department as a Most Responsible Physician (MRP) using the "combined care" approach. This means that the patient is being cared for by multiple consultants, so the consultant-in-charge of the particular area (Neonatal ICU, Intermediate Care Nursery, or Special care Baby Unit) on a specific date and shift is the patient's MRP. 3. To provide care to the Neonatology patients in the Neonatal ICU, Intermediate Care Nursery (ICN), Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU), Postnatal Wards, Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Obstetrics Triage Assessment and Management Unit (OTAMU). The duration and frequency of this service is dictated by the needs and the regulations of the organization, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Department. 4. To determine the final disposition and plan of care of his/her patients, in addition to coordinating the referral to other services if needed. 5. To provide consultation services to other divisions within the Department and other departments within the organization during the regular working and on-call hours according to the Departments' Policies and Procedures. 6. To perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic interventions and procedures for which he/she has been granted specific privileges based on his/her training, qualifications, experience and skills. 7. To participate in on-call coverage in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Department. 8. To actively participate in the Quality improvement projects of the Neonatal Intensive Care Department. 9. To provide close supervision of the clinical performance of subordinates and to act as a role model. 10. To serve in division, departmental and organizational committees as appointed by the Chairman of Neonatal Intensive Care Department, or the Executive Management of the organization. 11. To participate in scientific research and contribute to the department's educational activities and postgraduate training programs as per the Department's policies and procedures. 12. To regularly participate in educational activities in order to acquire new skills and knowledge and to support career advancements. 13. To advocate for the health needs and well-being of children and their families. 14. To adhere to all the rules and regulations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Department and the organization. Consultants are expected to familiarize themselves and comply with both the APPs and DPPs. 15. To comply with all professional and ethical standards, and express adherence to the Medical Staff Bylaws of the organization. 16.
