· Supervise the daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, guest relations and document management.
· Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
· Organizes and participates in the management meetings, taking minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
· Maintains and organizes office supplies ensuring availability and proper stock levels
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
· Prepares the required business and status reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient office operations.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities and that all processed in harmony with the headquarter culture and P&Ps
· Support the Facilities Management and other managers in the development of projects plans, schedules, budgets, progress reports etc.
· Track project progress and submit reports on project status to stakeholders.
· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
· Per the operational requirement, the employees may be deployed in any other city and may be assigned to a different department if and when required.
