Tendering & Estimation:Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for Facility Management projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. Analyze project requirements and client specifications to ensure all aspects of the tender are addressed. Develop bid strategies based on market trends, client expectations, and company objectives. Work closely with the procurement team to source competitive prices from suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, timely, and meet the required standards.
Project Cost Analysis:Review project budgets, specifications, and drawings to determine accurate cost estimations. Perform risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns and propose mitigation strategies. Provide post-tender clarifications and negotiate pricing and terms with clients as required.
Market & Industry Knowledge:Stay updated with UAE FM market trends, industry standards, and competitors’ strategies. Identify new opportunities for Facility Management projects and support the business development team in securing contracts.
Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with the project management, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking during project execution. Attend pre-tender meetings with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements. Provide regular feedback and reporting to senior management on project estimations, tender progress, and market developments.
Compliance & Documentation:Ensure that all tenders and estimates comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of all tenders, estimates, and correspondence with clients.
