Job Summary:The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support across network, PC/devices, POS systems, weighing scales, end-user support, WMS, ERP (SAP), eCommerce, procurement, in-house applications, asset management, access controls, attendance machines, data center maintenance, and help desk management.Network Support: Maintain and configure network devices, manage connectivity issues, ensure PCI DSS compliance, and handle ISP coordination.PC/Device Support: Manage Active Directory users, configure new devices, troubleshoot issues, and maintain spare parts inventory.POS Support: Install, maintain, and upgrade POS systems, manage Windows patches, and maintain stock of consumables.Weighing Scale Support: Install, maintain, and upgrade weighing scales, manage software support, and maintain stock of consumables.End User Support: Troubleshoot device connectivity, Windows, Office 365, antivirus, and software updates.In-House Application Support: Manage users for MDM Portal, CRM, and retail applications.Asset Management: Update IT asset data and document status changes.Access Control and Attendance Machine Maintenance: Support user enrollment, access provision, and transfers.Data Center Maintenance: Monitor data center, check device alerts/status, and maintain environment status.Help Desk Management: Manage and monitor help desk tickets, validate requests, and coordinate with RO.Devices Under Role:Network Devices: firewalls, switches, wireless access points, IP telephony, and ISP routers.PC/Devices: desktops, notebooks, workstations, servers, attendance machines, access controls, printers, meeting room devices, scanners, NAS storage devices, thermal label printers, PDT, tablets, UPS.POS Devices: POS machines, scanners, price verifiers, queue buster devices.Weighing Scales: Retail and platform scales.
