Lead and manage the licensed SFDA consulting establishment in Saudi Arabia, with primary responsibility for consulting services related to Drugs and Medical Devices, ensuring full compliance with SFDA regulations, guidelines, and licensing conditions for consulting establishments. Core Responsibilities: - Serve as full‑time General Manager / Director of the SFDA‑licensed consulting establishment in KSA, accountable for overall compliance with SFDA requirements for consulting services establishments - Oversee consulting services for Drugs and Medical Devices. - Establish, implement, and maintain internal quality procedures and a quality policy governing how technical reports, submissions, and opinions are prepared, reviewed, approved, archived, and communicated to clients - Develop and maintain the organizational structure and approved list of technical and administrative staff. - Act as primary contact with SFDA for licensing, inspections, audits, and any follow‑up actions - Monitor SFDA regulations, guidelines, circulars, and updates related to Drugs and Medical Devices - Ensure independence, impartiality, and avoidance of conflicts of interest across all consulting engagements - Protect confidentiality of all client and product information during and after the validity of the license Additional Responsibilities Support strategic expansion of licensed activities (e.g., Pharmacovigilance, Cosmetics, Food) in coordination with SFDA, ensuring that all new activities are staffed and managed per SFDA standards before license update requests

Lead and execute Archer implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and risk management frameworks.Design and configure Archer solutions, including data feeds, workflows, and dashboards, to meet specific client requirements for GRC processes.Provide expert guidance on Archer best practices, offering strategic recommendations to optimize platform performance and user adoption.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation to empower clients and end-users with Archer proficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Archer solutions.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate Archer configurations and customizations, minimizing errors and risks.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and efficient support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.Stay abreast of Archer product updates, new features, and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements and upgrades.Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials, showcasing Archer expertise and value.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring successful project completion within the agreed-upon scope.

Perform diagnostic radiographs, daily maintenance of x-ray equipment and room, daily maintenance of x-ray film processor and handles processing of radiology request, radiology reports and x-ray films and ensures strict compliance with any rules or regulations that apply to the clinic. Accountabilities Prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices; moving equipment into specified position; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors. Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties; providing explanations of treatment; answering questions. Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors. Maintains production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures; developing radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary adjustments. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
