Qualifications:- 7-9 years of experience in CMM operation and programming, specifically with ZEISSmachines.- Strong expertise in Calypso software for programming and operation.- In-depth knowledge of GD&T and its application in quality control processes.- Experience with AS9102 FAI standards and excellent reporting skills.- Proven ability to conduct measurements and analyze data to ensure part quality.- Experience in PDMs programming using Calypso is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of CMM machines.- Knowledge of ISO AS9100 standards and internal auditing procedures.- Ability to identify, report, and track non-conforming parts, including supporting root causeanalysis and corrective action development.- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.- Prior experience in Quality Control (QC) environments is essential

Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records, including reports on weld quality, NDT results, and any non-conformances. - Document and track welding non-conformances and implement corrective actions to address quality issues. - Prepare final quality documentation packages for submission to clients, including welding logs, inspection records, and certifications. 4. Welding Process Oversight: - Monitor and evaluate welding processes and techniques to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. - Assist in the development and qualification of new welding procedures (PQR/WPS) as needed. - Review and maintain WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) matrices. - Work closely with production teams to resolve welding-related quality issues and provide technical support. 5.
