Job Summary:The Business Development Executive supports the company’s growth by identifying potential clients, evaluating market opportunities, and assisting in the development of strategic initiatives. The role focuses on lead generation, research, coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.Duties and Responsibilities:Market Research & Lead Generation· Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.· Generate and qualify leads through outreach, online research, and networking.· Maintain an updated database of prospectsClient Engagement· Support initial contact with potential clients and partners.· Schedule meetings, prepare introductory presentations, and follow up on outreach activities.· Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.Proposal & Documentation Support· Prepare business proposals, quotations, and basic contract drafts.· Assist in creating sales presentations, pitch materials, and marketing content.· Ensure proper documentation of all activities, deals, and client communications.Coordination & Collaboration· Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other internal teams.· Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to support project execution.· Provide input on business development strategies and improvement initiatives.Reporting· Prepare regular reports on leads, ongoing opportunities, and pipeline progress.· Track KPIs and support performance analysis for the business development function.

Prosthodontics / Cosmetic Consultant Technical supervision of the dental department. Consultant classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Minimum 8 years of post-specialty experience. Preferably with experience managing medical departments or premium clinics.

Conduct thorough skin examinations to diagnose a variety of dermatological conditions, ensuring a tailored treatment plan for each patient.Perform advanced dermatological procedures, including Mohs surgery and cosmetic injections, with precision and a focus on patient comfort.Stay current with the latest research and advancements in dermatology to provide evidence-based recommendations and cutting-edge treatments.Educate patients on skin health, prevention of dermatological issues, and the importance of sun protection, fostering a proactive approach to skincare.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to facilitate product knowledge and usage.Conduct regular visits to physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals to promote pharmaceutical products effectively.Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare providers to highlight benefits and features.Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of animal illnesses and injuries, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.Perform surgical procedures, from routine spays and neuters to complex orthopedic surgeries, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.Prescribe medications and therapies, tailoring treatment plans to individual animal needs and considering potential side effects.Educate pet owners on preventative care, nutrition, and responsible pet ownership to enhance animal well-being.

Provide expert anesthetic care for pediatric patients, encompassing a wide range of surgical procedures and age groups, from neonates to adolescents.Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations, assessing patient's medical history, physical condition, and potential risks to formulate individualized anesthetic plans.Administer anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures, utilizing advanced monitoring techniques.Manage acute and chronic pain in pediatric patients, employing multimodal analgesic strategies and regional anesthesia techniques to optimize post-operative recovery.Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other specialists, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and ensuring seamless perioperative management.Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices for pediatric anesthesia.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric anesthesia, including new drugs, techniques, and technologies, through continuous learning and research.Respond to emergencies and critical situations, providing immediate and effective resuscitation and critical care support to pediatric patients.Contribute to research and scholarly activities, publishing articles, presenting at conferences, and participating in clinical trials to advance the field.
