Execute the returns on system and communicate them to management through a regular file.Keep close monitor over the receivables & payables with the coordination of Accounting department.Coordinate with supply chain to ensure PO’s or new collection are received on time.Order new items to showroom and coordinate with Sales Manager & Visual merchandise Supervisor for Display according to R&D rooms displays set by management.Ensure to create all showroom transfers of all collections for display and make sure all collection items are complete in the rooms.Keep close monitoring and follow up on all customer service tickets and make sure they are immediately processed and quickly closed.Close coordination with “Intercasa” Production department to ensure production are done on time and scheduled.Ensure all produced items meets our technical and quality standards and report to direct manager.Report to Sales Manager any bottleneck or concern in the Sales process, in order to re-adjust it with Quality assurance department.Fill out the daily open & close audit checklist and communicate any maintenance issue to maintenance manager though an internal CRM ticket and follow up closely until closed.Make sure, on a daily basis, that all data are inserted in detail in CRM & NAV regarding all customer activities and daily operation of staff.Keep healthy communication with sales team and other showroom managers.
