- Service the clients in the showrooms and provide the right recommendation/introduce new items for purchase.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly target set by a predefined table according to Showroom sales and employee’s salary.
- Ensure Sales Orders SO and transfers are updated on NAV system & follow the correct operation process.
- Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated and avoid CRM file duplications
- Ensure on a daily basis, proper display, in sales consultant’s section, of items as per VM plan, and that the correct price tags and QR codes tags are attached in a proper way.
- Ensure the showroom is clean as per our hygienic standards.
- Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.
- Follow up and report any delay on:The design approval phase with client and Design & technical departments
The production phase with the factory “Intercasa”
Client’s payment settlement and delivery schedule. - Continuous Update of CRM & NAV regarding all customer activities, feedbacks on collections, service, needs.
