Service the clients in the showrooms and provide the right recommendation/introduce new items for purchase.
Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly target set by a predefined table according to Showroom sales and employee’s salary.
Ensure Sales Orders SO and transfers are updated on NAV system & follow the correct operation process.
Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated and avoid CRM file duplications
Ensure on a daily basis, proper display, in sales consultant’s section, of items as per VM plan, and that the correct price tags and QR codes tags are attached in a proper way.
Ensure the showroom is clean as per our hygienic standards.
Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.
Follow up and report any delay on:The design approval phase with client and Design & technical departments The production phase with the factory “Intercasa” Client’s payment settlement and delivery schedule.
Continuous Update of CRM & NAV regarding all customer activities, feedbacks on collections, service, needs.
