We are expanding our administration Team in KSA, and are looking to recruit a Timekeeper (building projects), key duties will be: Maintain and update timekeeping records for all project personnel, including employees and subcontractors. Ensure accurate and timely recording of work hours, breaks, and attendance. Verify and reconcile timecards, ensuring compliance with labor laws and project requirements. Prepare and process payroll data for employees in collaboration with the HR department. Track and record vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests. Assist in the development of timekeeping procedures and guidelines. Generate regular time and attendance reports for project managers and payroll processing. Address timekeeping-related inquiries and discrepancies from project team members. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a related field is a plus). 5-10 years of experience in timekeeping or related administrative roles. Roles & Responsibilities We are looking to recruit an MEP Construction Manager to support our projects in Saudi Arabia. Duties are as follows: 1. Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution. 2. Directing the MEP site team through all construction phases of a project including contractor coordination and all aspects of site management. 3.
