Rolles & Responsiblities of the candidate: Develop comprehensive MEP designs and coordinate with architectural and structural teams for seamless integration. - Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for MEP system improvements. - Prepare detailed technical specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. - Oversee and review drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and codes. - Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure equipment and materials. - Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any MEP-related issues. - Perform regular inspections and testing to ensure quality control and adherence to project guidelines. - Keep up-to-date with advancements in MEP technologies and recommend innovative solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members. - Adhere to projects timelines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality MEP systems. We are expanding our Engineering Team in KSA, and are looking to recruit an Electrical QA/QC Engineer (building projects), key duties will be: Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work. Manage QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements. Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection. Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.Desired Candidate Profile KSA attested bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Minimum 5 years’ work experience a QAQC Engineer (Electrical) preferably from construction industries. Working knowledge project management and process Experience in building (high rise, low rise) projects across GCC region Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Roles & Responsibilities We are looking to recruit an MEP Construction Manager to support our projects in Saudi Arabia. Duties are as follows: 1. Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution. 2. Directing the MEP site team through all construction phases of a project including contractor coordination and all aspects of site management. 3. Review, comments and recommends course of actions for all MEP technical submittals, material, shop drawings, methods statements, etc., for final approval of the management and clients. 4. Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities regulations. 5. Responsible for the management of the MEP site team including mentoring, scheduling their activities, and leading coordination meetings, recruitment and performance management of the team members. 6. Check and ensure the project brief, all design briefs, MEP drawings and specifications and all project relevant information are executed as per client objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 1. KSA Attested Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 2. Must be a certified member of Saudi Council Engineers 3. At least 8 years of working experience as a Construction Manager handling MEP projects 4. Previous experience from top tier main contractor companies is an advantage 5.
