Responsible for all process engineering activities, producing engineering and design deliverables and finding solutions in technical aspects related to Solar CSP & PV Power Plants necessary for tendering and project execution support.Responsible for creating new business opportunities for the company while also providing support for Power Generation (CSP & PV) business during bid and proposal, contract formation and execution phases. The Candidate must thoroughly review and negotiate complex terms and conditions with client and obtain management approval of deviations in accordance with Risk Assessment Guidelines. Support activities related to the sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning and development of CSP & PV business transactions and also provide overflow support in order to assure the highest quality and adequacy of the agreement as it relates to the services provided. Establish project design criteria and required operating characteristics based on project contract documents.Preparation and finalization of basic conceptual process parameters for CSP & PV plants. Ensure conformance to contract for all engineering and material.Efficiently and effectively evaluates proposed equipment’s for the optimization of process for Solar CSP Thermal power plants.Modeling and optimization of Solar CSP & PV power plants in SAM/Equivalent software’sEnergy Generation calculations (daily/monthly/annual), auxiliary power calculations and analysis of Solar resources dataResponsible for all process engineering activities like Process & Instrumentation diagrams, design criteria, system description and operational philosophy, equipment sizing calculation, pipe sizing and pressure drop calculations, data sheets, functional requirements, auxiliary power consumption, SFI performance guarantee etc.Responsible for support of the procurement effort for equipment and services purchased directly from vendors.Participate in all facets of assigned project such as preparation of system/equipment specifications, techno-commercial bid evaluation, vendor recommendation, purchase order review and vendor design and documentation reviews.Be responsible for techno-commercial meetings with Clients, Vendors/Suppliers and others.

Providing support for Power Generation (Solar CSP & PV) business during bid and proposal, contract formation and execution phases along with financial modeling of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. The Candidate must thoroughly review and negotiate complex terms and conditions with client and obtain management approval of deviations in accordance with Risk Assessment Guidelines. The Candidate will primarily support Solar CSP & Solar PV business transactions and also provide overflow support in order to assure the highest quality and adequacy of the agreement as it relates to the services provided.Negotiate complex Solar CSP and Solar PV projects or service contracts developing strategy, ploys and the tactics required to protect and support Company’s reputation for fair business practices and ethics.Build financial models of power projects to support the executive team on decisions regarding pricing, scenario analysis, and capital structures. Run sensitivities and scenarios based on capacity, costs, revenue and regulations.Assist attorneys in their work with Public Relations (Corporate Identity) and various proponent departments on the maintenance and protection of the Company's trademarks, logos and brands.Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including NDAs & terms and conditions, as well as involvement in tender and contract preparation.Conduct research on technical legal issues utilizing legal search databases as well as the Department's hardcopy and electronic files and archives.Assist with the technical application of US GAAP and IFRS for Financial Modelling and Prepare external financial management reporting.Assist with general corporate matters, project financing, and review and negotiation of various agreements including purchase and sale and construction agreementsMust possess excellent organizational skills, strong writing skills, a willingness to take initiative, the ability to work without significant supervision, and superior interpersonal skills. The candidate should gain an understanding of the Company's philosophy and approach to research and collaboration agreements with third parties, ownership of intellectual property, the desire to be recognized as a technological leader within the industry and exploitation of intellectual property assets.
