Preferably in fire system maintenance, especially in electricity transmission/generation systems.•Responsibilities/Guidelines:•Preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Systems, Fire Alarm System, FM-200 System, Fire Pump/Deluge System.•Preparation of reports on maintenance activities.•Fill ISO Forms & Checklists per KAHRAMAA GSD ISO Procedures.

Perform daily walkthrough of premises to ensure security systems function at key KAHRAMAA locations.•Attend breakdown calls and conduct preliminary assessments, reporting to maintenance contractor.•Log into CCTV software to verify all cameras are online and recording, review logs, check scheduled recordings, and operational status.•Report issues to the focal point for rectification and re-inspect unresolved camera issues

Coordination of Emergency response operations with assets and government agencies by phone.Coordination of Vessels and helicopters by radio

Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Utilize cost estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process and enhance accuracy.Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that clearly outline project scope, timelines, and budget requirements.

Fire Fighting Technician & Fire Alarm Technician

Carries out regular routine and breakdown maintenance of Field Instruments.Attend On-Call duty (Round the clock) for any emergency problems related to Field Instruments & equipment’s.Assist section foreman & technician in completing combined works.Prepare spare requirement to Foreman & Engineer and withdraw it’s from the stores

Manage the full project Fit-out — from design development to site handover.Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Oversee site progress, ensuring quality, design accuracy, and safety standards are maintained.Coordinate client presentations, design reviews, and approvals.Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and cost overruns proactively.Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
