Ensure proper coordination between all MEP services and other trades.Develop cost estimations for all works (Mechanical/Electrical), including materials, labor, plant, and other miscellaneous costs.Float inquiries and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Provide clarifications to suppliers/subcontractors to facilitate accurate quoting.Compare quotations from different suppliers/subcontractors to select the best option.Attend price negotiation meetings with subcontractors.Maintain and update the approved subcontractor/supplier database.Correspond with consultants/authorities to resolve discrepancies between specifications, technical details, and BOQs.Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and other departments to gather necessary documentation for submission.Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data for accurate estimations.
