The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record to success.Key responsibilitiesThis role is required to supervise the installation, maintenance and support of Passenger and Baggage screening system such as (X Ray, CT Scanners, Body Scanners, Walk through metal detectors and Explosive Trace Detectors and associated servers, cluster infrastructure, equipment and software’s.)The role holder will ensure that quality services are provided in line with standard practices to maximize uptime of screening equipment used for screening of passengers and staffEnsure Daily compliance checks are being carried out in line with regulatory requirementsEnsure all incidents related to above systems are responded efficiently in timely mannerEnsure that standard operating procedures are followed as per established ITIL processesCo-ordinate with internal teams and external stake holders to take appropriate remedial actions in case of equipment failure, resolution or relocation etc
