1. New Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target prospective clients across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Actively generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to convert leads into long-term clients.

2. Project Sourcing & Business Opportunities

  • Monitor market trends and identify upcoming projects in Qatar.
  • Build strategic relationships with contractors, consultants, procurement heads, and developers.
  • Position the company as a preferred supplier through consistent engagement and value-driven offerings.

3. Internal Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with internal departments including procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Support marketing efforts and product promotions to enhance market presence.

4. General Business Development & Growth Initiatives

  • Contribute actively to the overall development of the business by bringing in new ideas, strategies, and opportunities.
  • Work with leadership to explore new types of clients and market segments.
  • Propose and discuss methods to improve sales processes, customer experience, and market positioning.
  • Encourage and motivate the existing sales team by sharing market knowledge, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a growth-oriented culture.
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategic meetings aimed at expanding the business footprint and increasing revenue streams.
