Job Purpose: The role involves supporting Outside Sales in all aspects of sales activities and business development.This includes liaising with management, staff, clients, suppliers, business partners, and authorities to ensure that all sales tasks, such as enquiry review, material sourcing, offer preparation, order processing, order expediting, delivery, document filing, and after-sales support, are performed in a professional and commercially sound manner. Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship: Manage project enquiries and process orders through the company’s ERP system. Prepare quotations and offers in a timely manner, as per client requirements and company strategy. Support the sales team in technical and commercial negotiations and ensure follow-up on offers. Monitor customer accounts and resolve any order process issues.Inside coordination: Provide necessary information to the sales team for sales preparation and editing. Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers, assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, and prepare cost and margin calculations. Liaise with Head Office and local Management counterparts to establish sourcing and bidding strategy.Relationships with Suppliers: Select local and overseas suppliers for sourcing materials. Issue professional enquiries to suppliers, follow up on quotations, and review offers to ensure alignment with client requirements. Prepare sub-orders for group companies or external suppliers.Follow-up of the sales and after-sale: Organize and monitor order deliveries involving various parties (suppliers, freight forwarders, authorities, clients) to ensure timely receipt of customer payments. Oversee shipping documents, progress reports, and vendor documentation. Monitor project performance after sales.Procedures and quality: Properly file all sales documents as per company procedure. Maintain trading in compliance with company terms and liaise with the Legal Department to review contractual documents for sensitive projects or claims. Handle client complaints by taking immediate action and reporting to the QSHE Manager. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for individual interviews.

TROUVAY & CAUVIN is seeking a self-motivated and passionate HR and Legal Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Jebel Ali, Dubai.Job Purpose:The HR and Legal Administrative Coordinator will support both Human Resources and Legal functions for TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: Provide administrative support to the Group HR Manager in all HR-related topics: recruitment, onboarding, and the employee life cycle from start to finish. This includes:- Draft job postings, CV screen, interview coordination- Prepare offer letter, employment contract and coordination with the PRO, IT and finance team for a smooth onboarding- Maintain employees' records, files, reporting, and documentation for insurance renewal.- Prepare and coordinate exit formalities- Promote a positive work environment, support and organize wellbeing initiatives.- Support the Group HR Manager on any other topicsLegal & Compliance: Provide administrative support to the Group Legal and Compliance Manager in all legal and compliance-related topics :- Maintain hard and soft copies in their dedicated storage of - without limitation - commercial contracts, corporate documents, trade licenses, establishment cards, etc.- Coordinate with commercial/sales teams for any queries of commercial/corporate /compliance documentation/information;- Support Group Legal and Compliance Manager in drafting documents, contracts;corporate documentation renewal; corporate/commercial insurance renewal process and liaise directly with the Insurer or selected Broker;- Ensure follow-up with all the entities and relevant stakeholders for the renewal of legal documents;- Liaise with PRO to coordinate and manage attestation (notarization/legalization) of legal documents;- Assist in compliance matters under the supervision of the Group Legal and Compliance Manager;- Support the Group Legal and Compliance Manager in other topics and projects.
