TROUVAY & CAUVIN is seeking a self-motivated and passionate HR and Legal Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Jebel Ali, Dubai.


Job Purpose:

The HR and Legal Administrative Coordinator will support both Human Resources and Legal functions for TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources: Provide administrative support to the Group HR Manager in all HR-related topics: recruitment, onboarding, and the employee life cycle from start to finish. This includes:

- Draft job postings, CV screen, interview coordination

- Prepare offer letter, employment contract and coordination with the PRO, IT and finance team for a smooth onboarding

- Maintain employees' records, files, reporting, and documentation for insurance renewal.

- Prepare and coordinate exit formalities

- Promote a positive work environment, support and organize wellbeing initiatives.

- Support the Group HR Manager on any other topics


Legal & Compliance: Provide administrative support to the Group Legal and Compliance Manager in all legal and compliance-related topics :

- Maintain hard and soft copies in their dedicated storage of - without limitation - commercial contracts, corporate documents, trade licenses, establishment cards, etc.

- Coordinate with commercial/sales teams for any queries of commercial/corporate /compliance documentation/information;

- Support Group Legal and Compliance Manager in drafting documents, contracts;corporate documentation renewal; corporate/commercial insurance renewal process and liaise directly with the Insurer or selected Broker;

- Ensure follow-up with all the entities and relevant stakeholders for the renewal of legal documents;

- Liaise with PRO to coordinate and manage attestation (notarization/legalization) of legal documents;

- Assist in compliance matters under the supervision of the Group Legal and Compliance Manager;

- Support the Group Legal and Compliance Manager in other topics and projects.
